Presentamos aquí un vídeo editado por WARNER HOME VIDEO en 1989 del serial cinematográfico 'SUPERMAN'. La aventura completa es de 15 capítulos (252 minutos) producida por Sam Katzman y dirigida por Spencer Bennet y Thomas Carr en 1948 para las sesiones matinales de los sábados. Podemos ver en la fotografía de la portada a Superman interpretado por Kirk Alyn y más abajo de nuevo a Kirk Alyn en su papel de Clark Kent, a Lois Lane interpretada por Noel Neil que años después realizaría el mismo papel en la serie televisiva con George Reeves y junto a ellos está Jimmy Olsen interpretado por Tommy Bond. Perry White fue interpretado por Pierre Watkin y la mala de la película, La Mujer Araña (The Spider Lady) interpretada por Carol Forman. La villana de la película ha inventado un rayo reductor que actua a distancia y mantiene a Superman ocupado con rescatar a Lois Lane.

We present here a Superman video of the movie serial 'SUPERMAN' edited by WARNER HOME VIDEO in 1989. The complete 15-Chapter Adventure (252 mins) was produced by Sam Katzman and directed by Spencer Bennet and Thomas Carr in 1948 for the Saturday matinee. We can see in the cover a picture of Superman (Kirk Alyn) and below, the same Kirk Alyn as Clark Kent, Noel Neill as Lois Lane, who recreated her role in the 1950s TV series with George Reeves, and Tommy Bond as Jimmmy Olsen. Perry Whyte was Pierre Watkin and the she-villain of the movie, The Spider Lady, was Carol Forman who has invented the long distance relativity reducer ray, keeping Superman busy with rescues of Lois Lane.
